We are only accepting a limited number of same day deliveries during the Covid-19 restrictions. Please order as early as possible as lead time can be 4-6 days as we are operating with skeleton crew only and our schedules can fill up very fast. We are only delivering 5 days a week during Covid-19, we are closed on days that are unavailable in our delivery calendar. Delivery date is assigned by customer only we take no responsibility for the wrong date chosen. When same day delivery is not available from our calendar it means we can not deliver on that day. Same day delivery is subject to terms and conditions and only accpepted until 12 noon on days we are open. You can check our available delivery dates in our calendar by clicking 'buy' on any product in our online store. (you will not have to buy the item if you don't wish to do so) When the date you reqire is not available it means we are not open for delivery that day or have no fresh stock. Our drivers are on the road between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday on our selected days only, delivery timing or different day requests can not be facilitated. As our drivers run by strict route planning, we can not accomodate timings. The time of delivery will greatly depend on our workload, traffic, and the arrival of our fresh supply on the day. As situations change very quickly we can not advise delivery times in advance. If we encounter any problem regarding your delivery we will get in touch immediately. Orders are only delivered on days available in our calendar. Delivery dates requested earlier then available dates will not be completed until scheduled calendar date. Messages sent regarding order dates and specific times do not override our delivery schedule. Delivery instructions on orders: This section is for directions and contact information only, requested delivery dates different from the scheduled date and timing requests can not be honored.
We are now offering contactless deliveries only to protect recipients, our drivers and all other members of the public until further notice. Our florists and drivers are strictly following HSE and government guidelines and are using hand sanitizers, antibacterial wipes and changing gloves regularly and responsibly. Our drivers will leave items at doors and ring the doorbell to notify recipient when possible. It is the recipient's responsibility to take flowers in immediately after delivery, we will accept no liability for damaged, lost, quality decreased, or stolen items after we left them at the door. Our drivers will have a time stamped photo of items left at doors when recipients don't open the door in case of any dispute. Photos will only be kept for a maximum of 2 days, customer should make enquiries within 2 days from delivery as we will not be able to rectify later. Our drivers can not facilitate deliveries at specific times requested. Our drivers will not enter houses, flats, offices, garages, and other buildings or sheds, and will not touch objects that they would consider unsafe under any circumstances. Apartment, office block, gated development and other similar deliveries will not be processed until we can get in touch with recipient and agree on the exact process of delivery beforehand. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide phone number to the recipient in case we need to speak to them regarding delivery. A phone number for sender is only acceptable as point of contact if the delivery address is their normal place of residence. If we are unable to contact recipient and can not safely leave item at their door we will bring the item back to our warehouse and re-deliver after we can get in touch. Re-delivery may be subject for an additional delivery charge where delivery was unsuccesful outside of our control. Our drivers can not leave items with neighbors at this time to avoid unnecessary contact. We may refuse to deliver if we consider it a high risk. We may reject orders and refuse deliveries we consider as high risk and refund customer without further notice and extra compensation if we think we can not keep up our health and safety standards. We may deliver items sooner then the requested delivery date to avoid disappointment in the event of further restrictions or unforeseen events without giving further notice to customers. In case we have to stop trading on a very short notice for some reason we will honor deliveries and other orders on our first normal trading day without further notice to customer. As our supply chain is very fragile at the moment we may have to substitute items to avoid disappointment in quality and/or availability without further notice. In this case we will always substitute for the same or higher value and make sure that the arrangement is high quality and as similar to the ordered item as possible. We deliver to hospitals in and around Dublin: The National Maternity Hospital Holles Street, The Rotunda Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital, The Mater Private Hospital, The Mater Public Hospital, The Coombe Hospital. Loughlinstown Hospital doesn't accept flowers or plants, please order a gift item. Flowers for hospitals will be delivered to main reception only.
Nursing Home Deliveries: We deliver to nursing homes within our delivery areas.
Dublin City adresses €10 (exclusive for online orders only) All orders for next day delivery ordered by 9pm the day before. Ordering after 9pm will incure same day delivery fee.

Our first 4 hour slot is between 10:15am-2:15pm, we can not offer shorter time frames. Express delivery is subject to availability and depends on our workload. We reserve the right to reject express delivery if it is out of our express area and/or when our time slots are full, or we can no longer comfortably fulfill the order for any other reason. In the event of express delivery rejection we will inform you as soon as possible within our opening hours and try to offer you an alternative solution. Placing an order on our web-shop doesn't guarantee express delivery until we accept the order. Order confirmation e-mails are sent by our order system automatically and they are only to inform you that your order has successfully been placed on our online store, and is waiting for acceptance. We review and accept orders within our opening hours only, order confirmation e-mail does not indicate the acceptance of order. and that a contrac exists between us. If we encounter any problem we will inform you immediately.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF OUR AREA: We DO NOT deliver nationwide and internationally. It is the customers responsbility to check our delivery areas before placing an order. Our online system is not address sensitive and does not recognise individual adresses therefore it is possible to provide address. outside of our delivery areas on our online system however we will reject these orders. When we reject an order we will send a notificarion email and issue a full refund without furthwer notice and compensation. We use emial addresses given on our online order form only.
DELIVERY POLICY: A phone number is essential for the recipient to ensure smooth operation. We can not guarantee any timed delivery. After delivery is attempted we leave a card in the letter box if possible, or send a text message.. We can not leave flowers with neighbors. W will leave orders at front door if we can't gain access. We hold no responsibility for flowers left in porch or outside the property. We deliver once. If delivery is not accepted we bring the flowers back to the shop, and recipient can collect from our shop. Re-delivery might be possible for another full delivery charge.
