Please read our terms and conditions carefully, these apply to all orders, including in-shop, online, and on the phone orders.

How to place your order: 

We strongly encourage you to order from our online store at your convenience, it is open 24/7. If you have difficulty please don't hesitate to contact us by phone within our opening hours.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept any debit of credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of Ireland, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds, US Dollars or your own local currency.

We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal payments.

STANDARD DELIVERY PROCEEDURE:

WE ATTEMPT DELIVERY ONLY ONCE. When recipient is not home we will leave flowers at the entrance door without further notice. When it is impossible due to gated houses or closed apartment blocks, we will try to get in touch on the phone with recipient to gain remote access. When remote access is not possible to the garden/apartment block/office or we can not get in touch with recipient we will bring products back to our store and they will have to be collected or another delivery can be arranged at an additional delivery charge. Please note, due to limited capacity we only phone recipient once. If you wish to book a timed delivery slot please contact our shop to book our premium service. If you would like us to leave the flowers at a particular place such as storage box, shed, out building etc please note it on delivery instructions at the time of ordering. Please note we are not in position to leave flowers with neighbors or go to an alternative address when recipient is not home.

Alternative address delivery is only possible at our convenience and for an additional full delivery charge and we can not guarantee it for the same day.

SEASONAL DELIVERIES: 

Seasonal " WEEK-FLEXI" Deliveries will be delivered between dates provided in description regardless of which day you pick from the delivery calendar according to fresh material availability and delivery schedules. This is a cheaper option to accommodate flexible delivery dates, and late orders at peak times such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc. We reserve the right to deliver at our convenience, date and timing requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances. If your order is urgent please order our premium delivery service for specific date whre we guarantee delivery date.

ECO-FLEXI DELIVERY:

Our eco-flexi delivery option is our greenest choice. Please only use this option if your order is not date specific as we will only deliver the item at our convenience, once we have a number of items going to that direction and not necessarily on the day you pick from our calendar. IF YOUR ORDER IS DATE SPECIFIC OR URGENT PLEASE SELECT ONE OF OUR PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTIONS. We take no responsibility for missing important dates, refunds will not be awarded when you chose this option instead of a premium delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to chose appropriate delivery option, as flexi option does not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery will be made on days on our regular opening days. These orders are not delivered on Sundays. We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, Public and National holidays. We may close at very short notice or without notice in the event of illness, government advice, extreme weather conditions, other emergency situations and staff training days. PEAK TIME DATES SUCH AS MOTHER'S DAY, VALENTINE'S DAY, EASTER, CHRISTMAS, ETC ARE EXCLUDED FROM DELIVERY DAYS AND ECO FLEXI ORDERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON THOSE DAYS. Eco-Flexi deliveries may take 9-16 days to process! 

WRONG and/or INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, CONTACT DETAILS and/or  NO ACCESS: 

it is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have the correct and detailed full address including EIRCODE and mobile contact number for recipient. Our drivers are using Google Maps to locate addresses therefore if there is no EIRCODE provided and there is an error in the delivery we do not take responsibility, it is up to the customer to provide correct and detailed delivery information. Our delivery instruction section provides space for special notes, gate codes, intercom and contact details, landmarks etc that might help us to identify the property. We do not check, trace and/or  investigate addresses for recipients, our drivers deliver to the address given on our online orders located by Google Maps. We leave orders on doorsteps when nobody is at home and/or recipient is not reachable by phone. Address given to us and located by Google Maps is the address we consider as recipient's address and so once we leave an order at that address we consider our order fulfilled wether it was left on the doorstep or taken in by a third party. Once we have made a product it is not possible to replace or re-deliver, if a product is delivered to the incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer we can not replace and/or collect/retrieve those orders therefore the loss lies with the customer and we will not be held responsible. Products brought back to our shop after unsuccessful  delivery  due to wrong address, difficulty with  contacting recipient, and/or access to premises are non refundable and it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or pay for another delivery when we are in position to offer a second delivery attempt. When delivery is not possible in the near future due to shop closure, extremely high demand or any other reason at that time the item will be brought back to our shop and will have to be collected from our store within our opening hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure collection of perishable items within 2 days of attempted delivery. We can not replace  items degraded or perished due to delay with collection/delivery of arrangements. Items not delivered for above reasons are non refundable due to the custom made nature of our products, please ensure correct delivery address details are provided. EIRCODE and MOBILE CONTAC NUMBER FOR RECIPIENT are mandatory for successful delivery. We will try to get in touch by phone only once. We keep a detailed record of our phone calls If we can not get in touch and/or  can not locate the address we will send a text message to customer or recipient ( depending on the individual situation) to inform them of the attempted delivery. We keep a detailed record of all our phone calls and text messages in case of disputes for 3 working days only, after this time disputes can not be raised. When we bring back an item to our store due to incorrect address/contact detail /unsuccesful delivery attempt/ unsuccesful contact our contract is concluded. Once our contract is concluded we will not issue refunds on items or delivery charge. IRISH LAW DOES NOT GRANT REFUND ON PERISHABLE AND CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.  All our fresh florals areperishable and  custom made to order therfore non refundable at any stage.

CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER:

We usually try to get in touch on the phone if we have a question to customer. Please note we only phone once, after this we will put your order on hold until you get in touch with us if we have an enquiry regarding your order. We may not be able to phone overseas numbers, therefore if we have an enquiry or need to get in touch with you, the customer we may use the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide e-mail address we can reach and that provided e-mail is monitored regularly. We take no responsibility for delayed or non delivery if we do not get a timely response, as orders maybe withheld until response. In cases when we judge that the delivery is extremely time sensitive (eg.: funerals, birthdays etc ) we may have to make a judgement call and so we will proceed as we see fit before we receive a reply. Once we have taken this step we accept no disputes over products and/or delivery. 

ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS:

If you are ordering from overseas please provide your full number including country and area code associated with your location. Phone numbers should be provided as it needs to be dialed from ireland. We have no means of finding area codes, pre fixes and country codes. Mobile phone number for recipient is essential especially for gated apartment blocks and gated houses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide full numbers that will call out from Ireland. 

We will only phone once. Our phone system keeps a detailed recording of all our calls. When we text we have no means of knowing wether you provided a cell or landline number, we text the exact number customer provided on the order. In the event of late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or incomplete address we may refund delivery premium charges exceeding our standard charges ( eg.; express premium) at the discretion of the management however there is no refund on items accepted by recipient or other parties on behalf of the recipient due to the perishable and custom made nature of products and no refunds will be given if we were provided with the wrong address. 

Refusal of product by recipient: 

Our contract is strictly and solely with  the customer who placed the order, therefore our contract is fulfilled and concluded once we attempted delivery regardless whether recipient accepts products. 

 

CLICK & COLLECT:

You have the facility to pre-order your flowers and collect from our store in Cornelscourt free of charge. Click & collect orders made trough our online shop are custom made to order of the best available products on the day therefore the may vary from those shown on pictures. We always endeavor to make products as close as possible to the picture however our substitution policy applies. For click & Collect orders we require 2-4 hours of notice minimum, the exact time frame will be given by our order system at the time of ordering. Click & Collect orders are custom made to order therefore are not refundable or changeable. it is the customers responsibility to understand our location and opening hours before ordering. As our opening hours may change on a very short notice order system will inform you of the latest collection time on the day of your order. 

Please ensure you or someone els on your behalf collects the order on the requested day within given time frame as we take no responsibility for missed collections and/or reduced quality occurred by late collections or no show. The government imposed extremely strict trading measures for non essential businesses therefore we ask you to strictly adhere to collection time frames in order to avoid disappointment. Please note due to the perishable and custom made nature of these products there is no refund available if your order is not collected, your collection time is missed or collected at a later date. 

Please note our warehouse, head office  and studio are strictly staff only and are not open for collections. 

Please note our opening times when ordering for collections as we can not compensate if you miss your collection.

ONLINE ORDER PAYMENT AND CUT OFF TIME: 

We only receive your order after payment completed therefore we take no responsibility for delivery cut off times being missed by late payment. When you start an order before our same day cut off time but only pay it after cut off time the order will come trough to us late for same day delivery. When such order received we deliver it the next working day without further notice to customer. Receipt of payment is acknowledged with accuracy to hour-minute-second and time stamped by our payment gateway. 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ON ORDERS:

This section of our online order is only and strictly for delivery directions, access codes, instructions on how to find properties etc. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FLOWER REQUESTS AND DELIVERY TIMING.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed and we are satisfied that we can comfortably fulfill your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, delivery area, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product or service. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse services if we are not able to fulfill your order even after payment has been processed as we use a third party supplied encripted secure payment gateway to offer you the highest possible data protection. In the case when we are not able to fulfill your order we will issue a full refund of your payment as soon as possible trough the same payment platform you used to pay for your order and we will notify you on the same e-mail you used to place your order with. Please ensure you use an email address you monitor when placing your order. We are not taking further responsibility for inconvenience caused due to rejected orders. 

ENQUIRIES, ORDER CHANGES, CONTACT FORM MESSAGES:

Our head office is located offsite and attended from Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 3pm. Order enquires, delivery date changes, and all other order related communications and contact forms will be dealt with within those hours only. Please note, REQUESTS TO CHANGE IN ORDERS MAY NOT REACH OUR FLORISTS AND OFFICE BEFORE DELIVERY. CHANGES TO ORDERS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST IN FIVE DAYS ADVANCE PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE. WITH SHORTER NOTICE WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGES. Due to the extremely high volume of enquiries we may not be able to answer your message in a timely manner, and may only be able to answer questions regarding orders already received on our online system, please bear with us.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday Ireland time for delivery will be delivered on the same day if required. Orders received on our online system after 1pm Irish time are delivered the following day even if the requested delivery date is the same day. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before same day cut off time shown above). Orders received on our system after 1pm will only be delivered the next working day even if same day is specified by customer. Orders received on our system after 4pm will only be processed in the afternoon of the next working day . Orders received for same day delivery will only be processed in the afternoon/evening. Orders received for dates when our shop is closed will be automatically processed and delivered on our next business day without further notice. Please note orders only appear on our system once they are fully paid and payments received by our online payment system therefore if payment only received after 1pm but you intended to buy for same day we will not be able to deliver on the same day and so we will automatically deliver the order on our next working day without further notice. Our encrypted online payment system is recording payments to hour-minute-second accuracy. Please note our head office is only open between 11am and 3pm therefore messages intended for our florists may not reach them outside these hours. Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday or when our shop is closed for any other reason will be delivered the next working day WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. 

PRESENTATION OF OUR PRODUCTS:

All our products are wrapped and/or displayed in our eco-friendly branded packaging using branded cotton ribbons, branded papers and boxes using the least amount of non degradable/not reusable materials in order to reduce our carbon footprint. All our packaging materials are locally sourced and sustainable. We present card messages printed in our branded message cards. Messages appear exactly as we receive it on our order system, we don't check for typos and capitalization. Orders received without a card message will be delivered without a card with an ddrerss lable only. All our products are presented and delivered in our branded packaging, and paper with our branded message cards as standard. If yu wish to purchase a premium card you can do so online or on the phone, and in store if you place your order in person. We deliver all our bouquets in a glass container as we are eco friendly and do not use plastic for wrapping. We use as little plastic as practically possible however our hatboxes are lined with plastic to ensure water resistance. We can not provide different colored bows, cellophane, or any other wrapping and plastic packaging. Please note that the wast majority of our packaging is black, including our floral hatboxes and transport boxes. We do not deliver to PO boxes, Parcel Motel addresses, cemeteries, package dispenser and delivery depots,  certain hospitals and office buildings. 

Deliveries to All shopping centers such as Dundrum, Brown Thomas, Blanchardstown etc are subject of an additional €15 time and parking surcharge on top of delivery charge. Office and hospital deliveries will be delivered to main reception only. Apartment deliveries will be delivered to ground floor main gate only. 

Deliveries to hospitals are subject to an additional €5.- for parking fees. 

We deliver to Shanganagh cemetery and Deansgrange cemetery only. Cemetery delivery is subject of a €25.- delivery fee. When incorrect delivery price is chosen we will distract remaining from the flower value. We need full and correct location number and name on headstone.

OFFICE DELIVERIES: 

Our deliveries run from 8am to 8pm strictly by route planning, office, business and other work place addresses will not be prioritized. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERIES WITHIN OFFICE HOURS. When a work address is specified we may contact you or the recipient for an alternative delivery address and/or date at our discretion and convenience without further notice to customer.

TIMED DELIVERIES - WE CAN NOT GAURANTEE DELIVERIES FOR SPECIFIC TIME OR TIME FRAME REQUESTED on order notes. Our delivery drivers are on the road between 8am and 8pm, and deliveries are made strictly by route planning between these hours. If you have an emergency or wish to have something delivered in a certain time frame please telephone our shop for availability of express delivery, or you may arrange for the flowers to be collected and sent from our shop  by taxi or currier. Please note express delivery is subject to extra charges and availability. We will not pay or take any responsibility for taxi or currier charges and damage during transport when product is delivered by a third party. 

FUNERAL FLOWERS:

Online orders received outside our business hours will be processed as soon as possible within our opening hours. We are open from 11am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 3pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and public holidays. A phone number for immediate family member or funeral organizer is essential for successful delivery. When funeral is outside of our opening hours we may deliver the day before or arrange with a family member for alternative time after funeral without further notice to customer. We take no responsibility to miss funeral times if it is beyond our control and/or order was placed for a date/time we can't deliver due to out of hours. 

DELIVERY TO APARTMENT BLOCKS, GATED HOUSES AND OTHER GATED DEVELOPMENTS:

We attempt delivery once. When recipient is not home and can not provide remote access with legal parking options adjacent to the building ( within a maximum of 50 meters walking distance) in order to leave products in a safe place we will contact recipient to make alternative arrangements without further notice to customer. When we can not arrange or can not contact recipient we will bring products back to our store and it will have to be collected from our store by recipient, sender or their nominated third party. Alternatively we can offer a second delivery at our earliest convenience for an additional delivery charge. Additional delivery charge may be paid by recipient or sender as they agree and product will remain the same that we crafted for original delivery date. Perishable products will not be replaced due to delay in colelction/delivery arrangements. When we have to bring an item back to our store it is the responsibility of sender and/or recipient to collect it within reasonable time as perishable items will not be re-made/replaced or refunded.

Please note our drivers must follow the rules of the road at all times therefore they will never park their vehicles in no parking zones, double yellow lines and other illegal manner in order to gain easy access to buildings, and they will never risking penalty points and clamping as it is a breach of their employemnt contract and the Irish Law. Further terms and conditions also apply.

FORCE MAJEURE: 

If we have to close the shop due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather warning, terror attack, brake in, pandemic, instruction by government, law enforcement or emergency services, or any other events outside of our control we will deliver orders on our next business day without further notice to customer. In rare circumstances this may take several days or even several weeks. 

If you require specific flowers or arrangements please telephone at least 5 days before delivery is required.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

We attempt delivery only ONCE. If the recipient is not home the products will be returned to our shop and a delivery note will be left when possible (letterbox or a safe and dry place is present) informing them that we have been there. They will have the option to collect from our store or arrange for a second delivery at an extra cost. Additional delivery charges can be arranged by sender or recipient. Deliveries attempted will be marked as delivered on our system once we attempted delivery regardless of the outcome, therefore you will get a notification of delivery even if we had to bring the flowers back to our shop.

Delivery Charges: Please refer to our delivery charges on our delivery page. When placing an online order please make sure to chose correct delivery charge. When incorrect delivery charge is selected we will compensate it in the flower content without further notice ad distract the amount from the flower value.

VALENTINE'S DAY, MOTHER'S DAY, CHRISTMAS and OTHER PEAK TIME DELIVERIES:

We guarantee to deliver on the selected day when appropriate premium delivery is paid for however due to the high volume of orders no timing is guaranteed under any circumstances. Flexi deliveries will only be delivered at our convenience and not on your chosen date. OFFICE ADDRESSES ARE NOT PRIORITISED! Drivers deliver between 8am and 9pm strictly by route planning, please provide an alternative address if sending to work. Phone number for recipient is essential for successful delivery, orders will not be processed until phone number for recipient is provided. Eco-Flexi deliveries  are not delivered on peak time trading days such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc.

FLOWER AND SUNDRY CONTENT:

When item is not stem and/or color specific we may substitute flowers and sundries to the same or higher value when necessary without further notice to customer. Flower contents are subject to availability and may greatly vary from those shown on pictures in variety and color as they are natural products. All our pictures are illustration only, actual products, flowers and sundries may greatly differ from pictures shown. We use a selection of fresh and dried materials, miscellanious decorational items, noblis and christmas fir branches and cones all year around. 

FRESHNESS GUARANTEE:
We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times. If you have any problem with your flowers please let us know within 24 hours of delivery date of your order for us to rectify it. We guarantee or cut flowers to last from 2 to 4 days depending on variety at no higher temperature than 18 degrees celsius. Flowers not lasting longer than this can not be replaced or refunded. Items including only foliage and dried materials are guaranteed to last from 5 to 10 days. Our table and door wreaths are made on foam rings for better freshness unless stated otherwise on our website.

Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Orders that are cancelled by customer are subject to an admin fee of €15.- regardless of order value to cover administrator fee and transaction fees on our payment gateway. If the event you are attending is cancelled by you or any other party we will not refund orders. 

DEBS CORSAGES: 

In order to guarantee freshness the earliest collection time is strictly 2pm regardless of earlier options offered by our click & collect system.

Corsages are only guaranteed to last for 2 hours as they have no water source.

Our delivery service is NOT AVAILABLE for corsages, only collection possible. Please only use click and collect option at checkout. If you order this product for delivery we will refund your delivery fee less €5.- admin fee and will e-mail you and ask you to collect your corsage on the day when you opted for delivery. Only one correspondence will be sent to the email address which was used to order the item. We take no responsibility for non delivery complaints or any other confusion on corsages. It is your responsibility to order it for the accurate date. If you placed your order for the wrong date by accident please inform us immediately but no later then 48 hours before the collection time selected.  Date change later than 48 hours before selected collection time is solely at the discretion of the management and may not be possible without additional charges. If you need to change outside of our office hours please send in an online contact form with the name order was placed with, phone number and order number.

Due to the special custom made and perishable nature of these items corsages are non refundable. Once they are collected from our store our contract is fulfilled and concluded. 

Corsages need a minimum of 2 days lead time therefore you will not be able to order them for same day collection from our web shop. 

The orchid on the corsage is very delicate and wearer needs to take extra care to avoid damage. We accept no responsibility for damaged orchids after it has been collected from our shop.

COUPON AND PROMOTION CODES:

We reserve the right to cancel, withdraw, change and/or delete discount coupons and codes at any time. Discount coupons are only valid for the time frame indicated and/or while stock lasts and can not be used in conjunction with other discounts and/or promotions. Discount coupons and promotion codes can not be set against services such as delivery charge, wedding consultation, etc. Discount coupons and promotion codes are only valid for the product specified for them. Orders using coupons or online codes for the items not promoted with the coupon may be rejected or the flower value in order may be decreased accordingly without further notice. When a discount coupon or code is to promote a certain product it is only for that product and can not be used for any other products. Coupons and promotion codes are limited to one purchase per customer unless stated otherwise. Online checkout codes and coupons advertised must be used online only.

CHANGE IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without further notice. 

OPENING HOURS: Our opening hours can greatly vary due to staff shortage, and can cahnge on a very short notice, please check the specail message on our website's home page for regular updates. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
if you wish to cancel your order cancellation must be requested at least 3 days prior to delivery date. Cancellation is not possible within 3 days of delivery date. If you ordered online or on the phone less than 3 days in advance of delivery date your order is not eligible for cancellation. Refund will not be given in these cases and we will proceed with the order as normal. In rare circumstances we can offer a credit note for orders cancelled less than 3 days prior to delivery strictly and only at the discretion of management and may not always be possible. Please phone our store within opening hours to discuss your options. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone by customer are subject to an admin fee of €15,- regardless of the order value. Refund on cancelled orders can take up to 28 days from date of request of cancellation. 

Cancellation of certain products and services including but not limited to- wedding flowers, debs corsages, funeral flowers, event decoration, etc is not possible under any circumstances once agreed on, and payment or booking fee for these will not be refunded due to our obligations to our suppliers. Once booking fee or full amount is paid our contract is agreed upon and so non refndable. 

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY:

Refunds or replacements may occasionally be given at the sole discretion of the management. All our fresh flower and planted items are custom made to order therefore not refundable.  Please read product description carefully to understand what you are ordering. Because of the perishable and custom made nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery if you have a quality issue, as after this time such request can not be justified. If your complaint arises outside of our business hours please send in a message on our contact form. Refund/replacement is not available on fresh products under any circumstances. Perishable items, wedding, debs or event flowers are not refundable after the event has taken place and/or products have been crafted by us and/or have been /used/delivered/collected from our store. We always endeavor to reach an agreement with the recipient depending upon the nature of the complaint. Please note refund can only be issued to the person who paid for  the item in the same way as it was paid for. if we agree to refund the item needs to be returned to us and proof of purchase will be necessary. We can only grant refund on products that are returned to us and we are satisfied that we didn't keep our end of our contract. Returning product is the sole responsibility of the customer, we will not collect, re-deliver or pay for return cost and/or re-delivery of products. Return must be arranged and paid for by customer where charges arise. Delivery charges are non refundable once item is delivered or we attempted delivery but item wasn't accepted or could't be delivered for other reasons. If we replace items we will only replace damaged items, we can not replace and/or make up full displays. When item is damaged or broken after delivery we will not take responsibility for those. Refund or exchange of delivery cost and perishable items may be denied and is to the sole discretion of the management. PLEASE NOTE,  Irish law doesn't grant the right to refund and/or exchange on perishable items and/or services carried out. Refunds granted will be processed as soon as possible without delay once approved by management. Please note it may take up to 28 days to receive your refund depending on your bank's processing time.

Additional terms&conditions during Covid-19 until further notice: 

Lead time, delivery and product availability during Covid-19: 

Due to unprecedented difficulties with incoming stock transport availability of fresh materials sundries and gift items may be reduced out of our control therfore  we may substitute requested items to the same or higher value without further notice to customer to avoid delay in delivery and quality issues. We are only accepting a very limited number of same day delivereis during the Covid-19 restrictions. Please order as early as possible as lead time can be 4-6 days as we are operating with skeleton crew only on reduced hours and our schedules can fill up very fast.  Our online order system works similarly to airline booking platforms, it is solely the customer's responibility to pick desired date from our delivery calendar. If you made a mistake please call or send a message as soon as possible and we will do our best to suit your request, however we can not guarantee that the change will be possible. When an order is placed for a bank holiday day or any other day when we are closed we will deliver the item on the next trading day without further notice to customer. You can check our available delivery dates in our calendar by clicking 'buy' on any product in our online store. (you will not have to buy the item if you don't wish to do so) When the date you reqire is not available it means we are not open for delivery that day or have no fresh stock. Our drivers are on the road between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday on our selected days only, delivery timing or different day requests can not be facilitated.  As our drivers run by strict route planning, we can not accomodate timings. The time of delivery will greatly depend on our workload, traffic, and the arrival of our fresh supply on the day.  As situations change very quickly we can not advise delivery times in advance. If we encounter any problem regarding your delivery we will get in touch immediately.  Orders are only delivered on days available in our calendar. Delivery dates requested earlier then available dates will not be completed until scheduled calendar date. Messages sent regarding order dates and specific times do not override our delivery schedule.  Delivery instructions on orders: This section is for directions and contact information only, requested delivery dates different from the scheduled date and timing requests can not be honored. 

During Covid-19 our hours of operation vary greatly depending on our circumstances, however delivery drivers are on the road between 8am to 8pm delivering according to our terms and conditions. Due to the extremely high volume of orders we are not able to accommodate  timing requests under any circumstances unless express delivery premium is paid.

We are now offering contactless deliveries only to protect recipients, our drivers and all other members of the public until further notice. Our drivers are strictly following HSE guidelines and are using hand sanitizers and wipes regularly. Our drivers will leave items at doors and ring the doorbell to notify recipient when possible. It is the recipient's responsibility to take flowers in immediately after delivery, we will accept no liability for damaged, lost, quality decreased, or stolen items after we left them at the door. Our drivers will have a time stamped photo of items left at doors in case of any dispute. Photos will only be kept for a maximum of 2 days, customer should make enquiries within 2 days from delivery as we will not be able to rectify later. We can not facilitate deliveries at specific times or time-frames requested, our drivers are on the road between 9am and 9pm, delivering strictly by route planning. Our drivers will not enter houses, flats, offices, garages, sheds and other buildings, and will not touch objects that they would consider unsafe under any circumstances. Apartment, office block, gated development and other similar deliveries will not be processed until we can get in touch with recipient and agree on the exact process of delivery beforehand. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide phone number to the recipient in case we need to speak to them regarding delivery. A phone number for sender is only acceptable as point of contact if the delivery address is the sender's normal place of residence. If we are unable to contact recipient and can not leave item at their door we will bring the item back to our store and re-deliver later as agreed. Additional delivery charge may be requested for re-delivery. Our drivers can not leave items with neighbours at this time. We may refuse all deliveries at our discretion if we consider them as high risk and refund customer without further notice and extra compensation if we think we can not keep up our health and safety standards. We may deliver items sooner then the requested delivery date to avoid disappointment in the event of further restrictions without giving further notice to customers. All our pictures are illustration only, actual product can greatly vary from those shown on picture. Please read item descriptions carefully as this is a good indication of contents of products. In case we have to stop trading on a very short notice for some reason we will honor deliveries and other orders on our first normal trading day without further notice to customer. Our shop is closed for walk-in trade until further notice with the exception for click& collect. Force Majeure: If we have to close the shop due to unforseen circumstances such as illness, weather warning, terror attack, brake in or other events outside of our control we will deliver orders on our next business day without further notice to customer.   These additional terms and conditions apply until further notice!
