Please note that all items in our seasonal range may include a variety of fresh and dried materials, seasonal decorations and ancillary items. Our flowers are guaranteed to last from 2 to 4 days depending on variety when care instructions are followed. 

Timed Deliveries: We are unable to facilitate delivery timing, please upgrade to express delivery if your order is urgent.

As the supply of fresh materials may be reduced out of our control we may substitute requested items to a different product to the same or higher value without further notice.  All our pictures are illustration only, actual product can greatly vary from those shown on picture.

Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and/or value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

By placing your order online or over the phone you indicate that you have read and agreed to all our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering. 

All our products are presented and delivered in our branded packaging, and paper with our branded message cards as standard. We deliver all our bouquets in a glass container as we are eco friendly and do not use plastic for packaging. We can not provide different coloured bows, cellophane, or any other wrapping and plastic packaging.
